Shipping Policy

At Ladawn Scents, we strive to ensure your orders are processed and shipped in a timely manner.

• Processing Time: All orders are processed within 24-48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped via our trusted carriers: USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

• Domestic Shipping: Orders within the U.S. typically take 3-5 business days for delivery.

• International Shipping: Orders outside the U.S. usually take 5-7 business days for delivery, depending on customs and local delivery services.

• Tracking Information: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your package’s journey.

Please note that unexpected delays due to weather, customs, or carrier issues are beyond our control.

Returns & Exchanges

Your satisfaction is our priority! If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

• Returns: We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused, unopened items in their original packaging. To initiate a return, Please sign in or Sign Up to your Ladawn Scents account to initiate return request. Return request take 24 hours to process. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

• Exchanges: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please reach out within 7 days of delivery, and we will gladly send a replacement.

• Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method.

 

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on opened or used items for hygiene and safety reasons.
